How do I train my 9 year old pin?

I just took in a 9 year ols mini pin. She was abused by a man. She is very skiiny. She has never been properly house trained. We are slowly getting weight on her. She listens to me quite well. She will come to me & bark if she needs to go out. But will only urinate outside. She will on occasion do it in the house. With paying close attention to her, & constantly asking her if she wants to go out, she will eagerly go out. How do I get her to start having bowel movemnets outside? I have had her 2 weeks. She is a joy, and has a ton of energy. Her favorite past time if she gets bored is to chase the cat barking. If the cat stops, she stops. So, I think she is doing it more as a playing issue. I absolutly love her. She loves to cuddle, especially if I am at the computer. She is getting very attached to me. Alothough she is leary of men. Some she likes & some she doesn’t. I have been enforcing my commands. Yet, careful not to overwhelm her with them. I was told she has gone from home to home
first of all, last time I checked, a Min Pin is a dog. You are in the ‘Cat’ category.
Is your question on how to potty train a 9 year old dog? It was kind of hard to figure out from the rambling.
I have heard that they have litter boxes for little dogs, maybe you might want to check that out.

“Meat Joy” performed at The Plagiarism Festival on February 6, 1988 @ Artist Television Access, San Francisco, CA.
Based on the original 1964 work by Carolee Schneemann ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carolee_Schneemann ), Meat Joy was performed before an unsuspecting audience by C.Olson C., Mo O’Leary, M Woody, Flame and Rob Strange (videography) utilizing:
- 25 gallons of cow blood
- 10 de-osculated cow eyes
- a 17 lb. sea bass
- orted joyful meats and meat fragments
- an entire package of black trashbags that were taped together to form a ‘blood-dyke’ Hemo-containment zone on walls and floor
- enough white butcher paper to create blood soaked keepsake portraits for the finale.
There was much rejoicing.
